Backing on to open countryside, this development of three high specification family homes is situated on the edge of the popular Mid Devon village of Chawleigh.

The Houses
The properties were set in generous plots – with countryside views. The houses were well appointed and spacious and included individual garages and parking.
Features included traditional oak porches with natural slate roofs, solid oak kitchen worktops, oak flooring, porcelain bathroom tiles and solar panelling. The solar panels offer the additional benefit of an ongoing feedback tariff along with high levels of insulation ensuring thermal efficiency and reduced energy costs.
TimberTek completed the project on time and to the agreed budget. We also assisted and guided the developer at many of the crucial points of the build, particularly at the pre-planning stage and through several planning amendments. All the properties benefitted from a 10 year NHBC guarantee.
